Training data

This section allows you to train your chatbot by feeding the data that you have for your business. This option is used initially to create a chatbot but can be used after that to feed in data that you have for your business. This section has following options:

• Files: You can upload files related to your business. Files already uploaded will also be displayed in this section.
• Text: Any text can be written manually according to the business that you feel should be there to get the chatbot trained.
• Website: This option allows you to add your website links. After initial setup, it can be used to add new page links that are on your website.
• Q & A: You can manually add frequently asked questions and their answers that you have for your business. It can help the chatbot to train and answer the customers for the queries they have.
