Create Chatbot

Create Your Organization

• Navigate to the Organization Setup Page: Begin by accessing the 'Create Organization' section on RubikChat.
• Enter Your Organization Name: Fill in the required field with a distinct and meaningful name for your organizations
• Set Your Organization URL: Define a URL that represents your organization (this will be part of your RubikChat presence).
• Finalize Creation: Click the "Create" button to finalize the creation of your organization.

Set Up Your Chatbot

• Initiate Chatbot Creation: Click on the "Create Chatbot" button to start the setup process for your chatbot
• Name Your Chatbot: In the pop-up, set a unique name for your AI chatbot that reflects its purpose and personality.
• Proceed to the Next Step: Click "Next" to continue the setup.

Provide Business Information

• Describe Your Business: On the next screen, you will be prompted to enter a brief description of your business.Text Input: Fill in the "Enter text..." field with relevant details.Upload Options: Utilize the available options to upload files, provide a website link, or upload a Q&A to assist in chatbot training.
• Complete Character Limit: Keep an eye on the character count at the bottom of the text box to ensure you stay within the allowed limit.

Finalize Chatbot Creation

• Submit Your Details: After filling out all the necessary information, click the "Create Chatbot" button to complete the chatbot setup.
