Chatbot customizations

This section allows the user to change the AI chatbot model available at that moment and to enter the instructions according to the service or business that chatbot is being used for. These instructions, called prompts, are totally custom so that when a customer interacts with the chatbot, they are responded accordingly. Once the prompts are added, configurations are published. This helps you to train your chatbot according to the answers you want the chatbot to give to the visitors.

You can also change the chatbot model as per your requirement and preference. Available models are
